Refund Policy

Project Payments

Advance payments cover work that begins immediately: research, planning and design. If you cancel a project before design work has started, your advance is refunded in full. Once work has begun, refunds are calculated against work completed to date, with the remainder returned to you.

After Design Approval

Because approved designs move into development built specifically for you, payments for completed stages are non-refundable after your written approval of those stages. We keep approvals explicit at every milestone so you always know where the project stands.

Recurring Plans

Hosting, maintenance and support plans are billed in advance and may be cancelled with thirty days written notice. Unused full months after the notice period are refunded; the current service month is not, as its services are already being delivered.

Our Quality Commitment

If delivered work does not match the agreed written scope, we fix it at no cost. That commitment is how we prefer to resolve concerns, and it has kept refund requests rare.

How to Request a Refund

Email us with your project details. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days of agreement.
