Agreement

By using this website or engaging Web Design UAE for services, you agree to these terms. Individual projects are governed by their written quote or proposal, which together with these terms forms the agreement between us.

Quotes and Payments

All quotes are fixed and provided in writing before work begins. Unless stated otherwise in your quote, projects require an advance payment to begin, with the balance due at agreed milestones or before launch. Recurring services such as hosting, maintenance and support are billed as stated in their plan and may be cancelled with thirty days written notice.

Client Responsibilities

Timelines depend on timely feedback, content and approvals from you. Delays in providing these may extend delivery dates. You confirm that materials you supply, such as text, images and logos, do not infringe third-party rights.

Delivery and Revisions

Each project includes the revision rounds stated in its quote. Requests beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately before any additional work begins, so costs never surprise you.

Ownership

Upon full payment, you own the delivered website, its content and design files. Domains, hosting and related accounts are registered in your name wherever practical. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Liability

We perform all services with professional care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses, third-party service outages, or issues arising from changes made by others after handover.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will first be addressed in good faith between the parties.
